Kate Box is a professional actor and has performed in numerous theatre, film and television productions since her graduation from NIDA in 2003. Her film credits include The Black BalloonOranges and Sunshine and Australia (voice over), and recent television credits include Rake, Offspring and My Place. In theatre she has been in productions with the Sydney Theatre Company, The Bell Shakespeare Company, Belvoir Theatre Company, B Sharp and the Malthouse Theatre.

 

Marco Ianniello is an independent writer, director and producer. Some recent film credits include The Graeme Bell All Stars Play On, a one-hour documentary following the legendary Australian jazz band which screened on the ABC in 2006; and Sentences, a documentary about an inmate art program inside Long Bay Gaol, which won the IF Award (2005) for Best Short Documentary.  In addition, Marco directed the short documentary Moment (2004) which screens regularly on SBS and Scrababble which screened at the St Kilda Film Festival in 2008. In 2008, Marco collaborated with Sascha Ettinger-Epstein to direct, produce and edit Playing in the Shadows, a one-hour documentary following children living in a notorious public housing estate in Sydney. Playing in the Shadows premiered at the Sydney Film Festival to critical acclaim, and featured on the ABC in the same year.

Marco holds a Master of Arts in Documentary Production from the Australian Film TV and Radio School (AFTRS). Upon graduation Marco received the SBS Independent Award for his contribution to documentary film making whilst at the AFTRS. Marco also lectures film production and screenwriting at The University of Notre Dame, Sydney. Marco is currently writing a television series in collaboration with Hannah Ianniello. Hush is his first drama production in recent years.

Hannah is a novelist, screenwriter, academic and musician. She holds a PhD in creative writing from the University of Western Sydney and a Masters of Creative Writing from the University of Sydney. Hush is Hannah's first screenplay and she has recently completed writing a pilot for a television drama series with Marco.

Ben Brock is a professional actor who regularly appears in film, theatre and television. His recent film roles include The Finished People and last year he featured on COPS L.A.C for the Nine Network. Ben has starred as John Proctor in The Crucible on stage and television and has been in productions at Belvoir St Theatre, with The Griffin Theatre Company, and at The Seymour Centre. Ben Brock holds a Diploma from ACTT.

Kim Knuckey
Rory

Kim Knuckey is an actor who has performed in theatre, television and film for many years. His recent television features include ABC's critically acclaimed shows Rake and Wildside, as well asUnderbelly: Razor, Me and My Monsters, Home and Away and Wonderland. His film credits of recent years include La Spagnola and Risk and Baz Lurhmann's adaptation of The Great Gatsby. Kim's theatre experience is extensive and he has performed with numerous companies throughout Sydney.

Tania Lambert is an award winning cinematographer with a keen eye for composition and lighting and a desire to tell stories, which move people in every way.
She began her career in the film industry in 2003 as a camera assistant working in commercials & music videos as well as documentaries overseas. She returned to Australia in 2007 to commence a Masters degree in Cinematography at AFTRS. In 2008, she graduated and received the High Achievement Award for Cinematography at AFTRS for Cupid, as well as the ACS Gold Award in 'Student' Short Film.
She has also won numerous other awards at the ACS Awards including a Gold Award for Spirit in 'Specialised & Experimental', a Silver Award in 'Music Video' with her work on Vulnerable Heart and a Bronze in 'Student' short film for Jigsaw Girl.
Tania is currently working as a freelance cinematographer both in Australia and overseas and has extensive experience in short form drama, TVCs, music videos, documentary & narrative photography.

James Croke
Production Designer

James Croke is a freelance designer for theatre, film and television. He graduated from AFTRS in 2005 with a Master of Arts in Production Design and was awarded both the Fox Studios Award for Design Excellence and the Gilbert & Tobin Award for Best Body of Work. 
James has designed many award winning short films including Splintered (Best Short Film at Slamdance 2005), Australian Summer (Best Film at Tropfest 2005), Danya (Best Film, Jackson Hole International Film Festival) and Crooked Mick, which has won multiple awards world-wide.
Recent work includes The Wiggles BIG, BIG Show (a touring arena stage show, screened in cinemas Australia-wide), concept design for Empire of the Sun's ARIA's performance '09 (Channel 9) and Hush (short) for Broken Pictures.
James also teaches Design for Stage and Screen for NIDA's Open Program and is a member of the Australian Production Design Guild (APDG).

 Dan completed his undergraduate qualifications at the Conservatorium of Music in Brisbane and a Masters in Screen Composition at AFTRS, as well as attracting the mentorship of David Hirschfelder (Composer of films including Shine, Elizabeth, Australia).
Dan won the APRA Professional Development Award for Film and Television, and being one of only twelve participants across the globe to attend the ASCAP Film and Television Scoring Workshop in L.A. with Emmy Award winning composer Richard Bellis. Dan has scored over 25 short films, 3 feature films, a handful of TV series and various other projects ranging from television commercials to theatre. He has also recently orchestrated for composers such as John Powell (Green Zone, Jumper) and David Hirschfelder (Australia), and assisted AFI-Award winning composer Christopher Gordon on Daybreakers.

Dave Sims
Sound 

Tony attended Macquarie University and completed a Media degree in Visual Production. He made his directorial debut with the short documentary Broken, which has travelled to over 20 festivals nationally and internationally. He produced the NSW Film and Television Office's YFF-funded short drama In the Middle and has more recently directed The Prodigal Son, for SBS Television. He is currently working on new drama, animation and documentary projects.
